We want you to be completely satisfied with your RBX Active gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures you get back to your workout without the stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
